This patch moves ifupdownmain flag IFACE_CLASS to ifupdownflags.CLASS. ifupdownflags.CLASS is set to true if the user is asking for a class of interfaces. example: ifreload --allow=mgmt By moving it to ifupdownflags, we make it visible to add modules.
