Ticket: CM-7917 Reviewed By: CCR-3845 Testing Done: Tested address config reloading/purging with multiple iface stanzas We have had enough cases with address purging with multiple interfaces, so turning this on by default (cherry picked from commit de57cf0ce90c15df37fc25589947bbaeadcadd3b)
