sysio.h: seems like we added first tcp ao keys

backup - tcp ao works in simplest possible version, only as md5 replacement (without option to switch to md5), show info fixed

repaired bgp/config.Y, tests are passing with good passwords, failing with wrong

tcp ao: key change works

tcp ao works, but can not be closed

reconfigure not work

tcp ao looks working, but there are no tests yet

bgp.c - tcp ao rewrited so ao_key is basic and bgp_ao_key and config_ao uses ao_key. bgp_ao_key keeps living info, config_ao just make it linked list

documentation, beautify
