3cb5a122ed Updated existing Siemens MIBs and added trap MIB (#13986) 
* Updated MIB verrsion, added trap mib and cpu usage

* Reverted back to old commit and fixed CPU

* removec cpu reading since it broke the detection

* Restore line return
