In the 'slas' table, the column 'opstatus' is of type int. The current
comparison does not work correctly - in the web-interface all sla-probes are
displayed as 'down', even if the status = 0 in the table (0 is OK).

Affects nginx users:
Moved php files outside of public html directory (Apache was protected by .htaccess)
Affects all users:
Some files did not check for authentication and could disclose some info.
Better checks before including files from user input
