2c300b5bf4 cleanups, extend ports.port_descr_type length to 255, maybe break billing, remove and add some FIXMEs, poll toner with snmp_get

80f6b2dcc2 VMWARE SUPPORT!! :) 
- Support for VMware hosts AND Virtual Machines.
- VMware MIB files added.
- SVN property ignore on MIB .index files.
