* modifications needed for update of VALERE-DC-POWER-MIB with new file ELTEK-BC2000-DC-POWER-MIB

* add test results for BC2000 post update

* updated test file data

* re-upload of updated files

* reverted valere.json to defaults and recreated with proper varient .json

* replace vpwrShelfIndex with vpwrBayIndex

* updated test data

* Update test data

* try again valere_bc2000.json
