Use HTTPS URL schema everywhere (#5505)

* Use HTTPS everywhere (mechanical edit using util from https-everywhere)

A few additional changes where reset manually before the commit.

* Use HTTPS everywhere (mechanical edit using util from opening_hours.js)

```
