* Add /api/virtualization/virtual-machines/{id}/render-config/ endpoint

* Update Docstring "Device" -> "Virtual Machine"

Docstring should mention "..this Virtual Machine" instead of "...this Device", thanks @LuPo!

* Move config rendering logic to new RenderConfigMixin

* Add tests for render-config API endpoint
