fix: update syntax for commands

for example:
`$ octodns-sync --config-file=./config/production.yaml` was throwing an error. Then, when i did `$ octodns-dump`, it prompted me to put it in this format: `$ octodns-sync --config-file CONFIG_FILE` (without the = sign)
