* govendor gopkg.in/yaml.v2
* Ignore YAML and BIND test data litter.  Create README.txt files to force git to create subdirectories.
* Update convertzone to also read OctoDNS files

This is from https://godoc.org/bitbucket.org/zombiezen/cardcpx/natsort

I modified it to be compatible with the Python natsort package.
I'll move this to vendor/ once he accepts our PR.
