Stuff is addressed as follows:
-PRs with details
The less code that has to be read to understand, the easier it is to review.
-Issues with debugging detail
Debugging detail is how stuff is troubleshot.
-PRs that are complicated and not explained well
Brain may not be able to process immediately. Will get back.
-Issues with minimal detail but somewhat obvious
Cool, but this requires work.
Things that will not be looked at, and instantly closed:
-Typo fixes that are not project impacting somehow. Speling doent mater muhc.
-Issues with no details and no troubleshooting attempted
Prohibited conduct in issues/PRs:
-Being rude or obnoxious
-The usual list that other CoCs care about mostly
-Being annoying with useless commentary
